FLAT FEES
Certain matters can be handled for a one-time flat fee, guaranteeing the client that a specific legal objective will be accomplished for a predefined cost. This means that you pay once and never pay again, giving you the peace of mind of no additional legal fees.
LIMITED ASSISTANCE REPRESENTATION
Often times clients desire legal representation for only certain aspects of their case. For example, perhaps they want a lawyer to appear with them in court for a particular hearing, but can otherwise manage the case on their own. Unlike many firms, we are proud to offer limited assistance representation to our many entrepreneurial, "self-starter" clients.
HOURLY CHARGES
The traditional "billable hour" fee arrangement remains appropriate in certain circumstances. For example, cases requiring considerable litigation may indicate that traditional hourly billing is appropriate. If so, you can rest assured that our hourly rates are less than those found at "traditional" law firms, most of which aren't effectively leveraging modern technology for the benefit of their clients.
