LGBTQ Relations

Attorney Summers has more than a decade of experience working with, and advocating for, members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community. Well-versed in the rapidly changing legal landscape affecting the LGBT community, Attorney Summers advises and represents LGBT individuals and same-sex couples seeking prenuptial agreements, divorce, and related services.

Attorney Summers' experience with the LGBT community dates back to the early 2000s, when he associated with the Boston Alliance of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Youth. In college, Attorney Summers co-founded New York University's very first social fraternity for gay, bisexual, and progressive men. Outside of his law practice, Attorney Summers serves as the co-chair of the Massachusetts LGBTQ Bar Association Family Law Section, where he organizes social and educational events. Summers Family Law is also a proud contributor to Fenway Health, Boston's leading provider of medical care and mental health services to the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community.
